Highlights

Advancing Cancer Knowledge Graphs for Precision Oncology -

At ISMB/ECCB 2025 in Liverpool, Leily Rabbani presented SciLake's Cancer Knowledge Graph, a comprehensive system that integrates data on genes, proteins, drugs, and scientific literature to advance precision oncology. Our Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) case study successfully identified potential therapeutic targets through sophisticated network analysis, demonstrating the real-world value of our data integration approach.

Energy Planning Gateway on OpenAIRE Connect -

The Energy Planning Gateway on OpenAIRE Connect is now live! At a recent OpenAIRE Community Call, Thanasis Vergoulis and Andrea Salmi showcased practical tools for domain experts to build their own community gateways, offering streamlined access to relevant research outputs and data connections.

FENS Regional Meeting 2025  -

At the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS) Regional Meeting 2025 in Oslo, SciLake showcased its novel Scientific Knowledge Graph for Neuroscience. Archana Golla from the University of Oslo presented our innovative approach that integrates diverse research outputs, offering new ways for researchers to discover, analyze, and track the impact of neuroscience research.

INORMS Congress 2025 -

At the INORMS Congress 2025 in Madrid, Giulia Malaguarnera from OpenAIRE showcased open and federated infrastructures as essential tools for transparent, inclusive, and sustainable research assessment. The event provided an excellent opportunity to highlight the key features and benefits of SciLake for research administrators and engage with the global research management community.
