ICCS is a non-profit academic research body established in 1989 to carry out research and development activities in telecommunications, systems and techniques, computer systems and their applications. Within ICCS, the I-SENSE Research Group has extensive experience in automotive and transportation systems. Its activities include design, experimentation and validation in the context of ICT4CART and 5G-MOBIX European research projects. The team members hold extensive experience in 5G and CCAM related research areas, starting from 5G-PPP Phase 1 activities, with a particular focus on distributed/edge computing. At the same time, the group holds expertise in machine learning, high-dimensional data mining, analysis and classification and related applications, with a particular focus on the automotive domain. The I-SENSE Research Group comprises more than 60 personnel members.
